Yes, we are thrilled to announce that Zippr is now live in Bangalore and we’re here to change the way Bangaloreans share addresses for the better. One can now create a Zippr code for any location and share their address hassle free! No more explaining, no more low-value conversations.

We officially went live, on the 2nd of February. We launched the Smart Address Initiative where our objective is to ensure every home in Bangalore has a zippr code. We started with Indira Nagar and will soon move to other areas with the aim of having every area Zippr’d!

There’s been quite a lot of excitement around the campaign. Bangaloreans have welcomed Zippr and already started using it to invite friends to parties, weddings and using Zippr for business, either to direct customers or to provide delivery services.

Zippr and 108 – A life saving Partnership

Zippr has tied up with 108 EMRI, which is Karnataka’s largest emergency service. 108 now accepts Zippr codes, which helps an ambulance reach you faster as it eliminates the hassle of explaining your address, thereby saving time.

We’re excited about being in Bangalore and will soon rope in more partners and government departments to solve day to day address problems.
